    In addition to a Download button in the sidebar, repository archives can be downloaded from a Download link on the branch list.

    When viewing a specific commit in the repository, the Download button in the sidebar can be used to download that specific commit.

    Great to have this available! Beside offering a download button it can be used to retrieve single files from your repository server (see: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1125476/retrieve-a-single-file-from-a-repository). This is very useful if you need for example a single configuration file from an other repository during your automated build ....

    Unfortunately, all it seems to do on is create a Download button which links back to the Stash homepage... even copying the link on the button shows that it's linking direct to Stash home... so it's not like Stash isn't interpreting the command right. Seems really broken. My version is v2.12.0, so your mileage may vary.

    What more can be said. If you need one button / click to download the archive. Then this is the plugin you will want to use.

    Updated to support Bitbucket Server 5.0


    1. Log into your Bitbucket instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Bitbucket Server Archive Plugin via search. Results include add-on versions compatible with your Bitbucket instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
