What could be the culprit add-ons that would avoid a issue transition rule based of a issue created event trigger? The rule isn't working for me

    Hi Vishnu,

Do you mind raising a support request please via https://codebarrel.io/support and include some screenshots of your rule configuration, as well as your audit log entries for this rule?

We should be able to get this sorted fairly easily.

    Cheers,

    Andreas

Just to update on my last review and to be clear, it fair to say that the JIRA Automation Plugin does work and compatible with JIRA 7.3.1 as it happened to be other add-ons fault which caused the rules to fail. Disabling the culprit add-ons proved that all rules work as expected. Although this add-on is not officially supported, I've received a great support for the guys in Atlassian who responsible for this add-on.

This was a great plugin but it is no longer compatible with JIRA 7.3 and is currently unsupported. If Atlassian Labs is no longer going to support this plugin, I would like them to release the source code.
