This looks like a great plug in- what about the unfortunate stuck in the cloud?

This is for sure a great plugin! We are using it to build a self-playing piano in JIRA Service Desk for our onboarding/offboarding processes/project! Keep up the good work! :)

This is a terrific plugin. It has allowed us to author many more complicated automations than are currently possible through the basic service desk automation tool. It is more admin focused, meaning you need to have a good understanding of JQL and the raw database values in the tables. It also has a handy audit log which lets you know when automations last ran. Actions can be run whenever events happen, or on a cron schedule. I've even used this tool to run bulk edits on data that otherwise would be impossible within JIRA itself. We now have dozens of automations, which becomes a problem whenever we go to upgrade to the latest version of JIRA. Because the Atlassian developers who support this plugin do so on their own time, it has been very slow to be upgraded. It is often the lone hold out keeping us from upgrading to the latest version of JIRA. I would love to see this plugin officially embraced by Atlassian, or otherwise turned over to a better steward who can give it the attention it needs.
