Not a valid JIRA URL - Everything is setup proper, but unable; to link Trello with Jira. We can access Jira from internet using browser, have all valid ports opened... So not sure why this message?

Still get not a valid JIRA URL error, despite apparently fix being deployed last month

Hi Sam. I'm sorry you're having issues. Is your Jira Server behind a firewall? This integration requires that the Trello Power-Up be able to connect to your Jira Server... which means it needs to be accessible from the internet. Please contact us at https://trello.com/contact if you'd like us to troubleshoot with you.

We've just bought JIRA in the home of having it work with Trello using the publicised Power Up. However JIRA only allows us to install the server version as 7.6, and this Power Up only supports up to 7.5.3. Rather disappointing as it is one of the key reasons for us making this purchase.

Hi Justin. When this add-on was published, 7.5.3 was the latest Jira Server release. I've just tested it against 7.6 and it works just fine. I've updated the listing to show support up to 7.6.1.

Agree with Tyler... how do you configure; 1) Incoming/Outgoing auth?? and 2) URL do we need to add in Trello that is accepted? Currently any URL we enter gives the error "Not a valid JIRA URL". We'd love to use this... please tell us how :)

Hi Richard. We had an issue validating some Jira Server instances. We've fixed and deployed that issue. As far as how to set up auth, all you have to do is enter your Jira Server URL into Trello... the auth and handshake will all happen through that flow.

Pretty jazzed this exists now, but the documentation still states that the only supported platform is JIRA Cloud. Seems a bit like jumping the gun to put out a 1.0 release with no documentation. Oh well, such is the life of a non-SaaS version customer. *edit* Docs were updated, but they are still far too sparse. Looking forward to giving this a try again when it has docs that cover things like incoming/outgoing auth in the Application Links menu in JIRA, what level of admin access to boards do you need to connect, etc.

Hi Tyler. We're sorry about that. We just updated the doc. We released this connector as a beta for a few weeks and unfortunately missed the doc update.
