    When looking for a plugin to work with both JIRA and SugarCRM, this solution was the best fit. It allows us to track our projects in relation to different organizations that we interact with and copies over all of our custom fields along the way.

    This Plugin is Great. We have this for a while now and the Support team, they are AMAZING. We have been using the SFDC-Jira integration very heavily and this plugin outperforms the expectation. Ask for a feature/issue and they have a solution to it. Good going guys. thanks

    Overall, we've had a really great experience with the CRM Plugin. Our org has some specific customizations that no solution in the marketplace can accommodate, however the CRM Plugin allowed us to work creatively to solve these challenges. And the possibility for custom work is comforting in case any of our business requirements change in the future. Out of the box, this plugin easily supports a straightforward integration. But don't be mistaken, this is a highly configurable tool that can be very flexible. I strongly encourage reading all of the documentation in order to ensure that you are maximizing the value that the plugin can deliver. Fortunately, we've been able to manage the configuration without much support from Go2Group but the few times that we reached out to them they were incredibly responsive.

    We have come across business requirement for Salesforce custom object integration with JIRA. I found Go2Group CRM plugin as the best one available after evaluation. It is easy to implement and offers great functionality. The experience with the support team have been excellent from evaluation to implementation.

    Nearly every communication I've had with this company required a follow up email several days later asking that they actually respond. I had requested in-depth documentation on this products capabilities and they stated that it was so simple, it didn't need any. To be fair, their plugin does work, but be warned, when working with SugarCRM, the behavior that restricts available contacts to the selected account is hard coded between account and contact, and doesn't work with any other module related to Account. They did offer to add this feature, but ONLY after requesting a refund (which they denied). I'm sure this plugin works great with Salesforce, but I would steer clear for SugarCRM -- there are other products here that work with more flexibility and achieve the same results for 1/5th the cost. Also, this plugin regularly costs $2k/year, that you must pay every year. It's not a support/maintenance contract. If you don't pay up again the following year, you lose the functionality of the plugin. If you are on a small license tier with JIRA, this easily costs more than the base JIRA licensing. Pros: What it does do, it does without issue Cons: Horrible communication, requiring follow up to get a response to nearly every request, some responses taking weeks to get. Extremely expensive at $2k, and is a yearly service, not a purchase /w maintenance license. Some behaviors are hard coded, and do not work with any custom modules related to account, even when properly built using only SugarCRM studio

    To keep track of issues and new feature development of the NARIS GRC software, Naris uses JIRA. For Customer Relationship Management at first SugarCRM was used, which recently was replaced by Salesforce. On the Customer details pages, as well as within Sugar and within Salesforce, having the details ready of the tickets being taken care of, was one of the demands. The Go2Group CRM plugin allows Naris to easily combine CRM records with the ongoing development for a specific customer. Since the Go2Group CRM plugin can be linked to SugarCRM as well as Salesforce, the migration was done with as little effort as possible. The plugin is used for many years now and requires very little support. However, when support is needed somehow, for instance for finalizing the migration, Go2Group’s support team is ready to assist.

    Installation

    1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Manage add-ons screen loads.
    3. Click Find new add-ons from the left-hand side of the page.
    4. Locate Salesforce Plugin via search. Results include app versions compatible with your Jira instance.
    5. Click Install to download and install your app.
    6. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
