Doesn't work anymore with Confluence 5.10.0 Works with 5.9 Another update on 5.8: Still working OK without flaws... Any idea to release the source code?!? Giving an update on 5.7: Working OK. Little suggestion: It seems that the generated TOC is not only generated on headings in a page but on strong/bold text, at least if strong/bold attribute is used in a table. This is not always desired. It would be great to just keep the TOC structure to the real headings used inside the page.

Table of contents doesn't work here (5.6.6): Hint: A table of contents will be displayed here when there are headings on the page. ...although page has headings.
