Adds support for the GVFS protocol in Bitbucket Server

Adds support for the GVFS protocol in Bitbucket Server

    More details

GVFS is a set of extensions for the Git HTTP protocol which allow cloning only the structure of a repository and then fetching individual files as they're accessed. For large, monolithic repositories where many developers do not need access to all of the repository's contents, this can greatly reduce clone times and disk usage.
