File Field | Attachment Custom Field for Jira

We are very satisfied with the File Field plugin. We implemented it for one of our clients, and it perfectly met our needs for advanced attachment management. The integration was smooth and straightforward, with no particular complexity. Thanks to this plugin, we have been able to use it across multiple request types in the support portal, including IT, HR, Finance, and Infrastructure. This has significantly improved the organization and handling of files. It is a reliable, flexible, and very useful solution for any context requiring structured document management. A great plugin. We usually push this plugin to customers who need strict control over JIra attachments. We often receive such requests, when facing different process nodes, to place different types of attachments in different attachment fields, or to control the permissions of the attachment fields. Jira unable to meet these requirements on its own , until we encountered such a plugin. This plugin is currently our top recommendation. Even better, it can be used with automation plugins such as Scriptrunner to accomplish more and more complex requirements.

Very useful and simple app for tracking processes that require specific file downloads. Furthermore, compatible with ScriptRunner to add controls, REST API available, great support and so on.
