We initially had some issues while creating branches using Jigit but we received excellent support and the issues were resolved quickly.

We ran another plugin for Gerrit that was out of service prior to purchasing Jigit. At the time we were trialing a lot of different products and the guys at Move Work Forward helped catering the application to our needs. We are very happy with this product. The reponse from the support team has always resolved our queries whenever we have had them quickly and efficently. Thanks Guys

Great plugin for gerrit and git lab integration. I was facing a unique challenge where we had 2 jira instance having common project name in both jira and gerrit instance , So Jigit team quickly add feature request. Superb support team.
