Structure has become very slow and effectively unusable since early March. The ALM Works support team have been helpful and responsive but the response from Atlassian has been disappointing to say the least. I am giving a low review because Structure has been unusable for over 2 months and between them ALM Works and Atlassian have not provided a solution.

Hi, Julia. We're truly sorry your situation has not improved. :(

As we hope you know, we are doing everything we can from our side to help you resolve this. Meanwhile, we know it's incredibly frustrating for you and your team.

I can assure you that this issue has our complete attention and we continue to work with Atlassian to discover the root cause.

Structure for cloud is a hollow shell of the full tool and they will need to move mountains before it's even close to what it needs to be useful. Right now you are better served exporting your issues to Excel because that's essentially all this UI is until they get the more advanced features ported over. If you want to see just how far away from parity they are, you can check out this list (it's incomplete even, there is even more missing): https://wiki.almworks.com/display/strcloud/Comparison+to+Structure+for+Jira+Server%2C+Data+Center+and+Service+Desk

Hi Jim, I'm sorry that you feel disappointed with our current Structure Cloud version. I understand that you feel that in your experience it is not useful as it is today – however, we have quite a few customers already who use Structure Cloud daily.

That said, our largest team is working full time on porting features from Structure Server and actually adding new features that you won't find on Structure Server. Thanks for posting the link to the comparison, you can also watch the Structure Cloud Roadmap and subscribe to the Release Notifications.

On the surface this looks good, but too many of features are not yet ported to Structure Cloud, which makes it not useful for us. I look forward to them porting more of those features - current status is here : https://wiki.almworks.com/display/strcloud/Comparison+to+Structure+for+Jira+Server%2C+Data+Center+and+Service+Desk

Hi Trond, thanks for the review! Indeed, Structure for Jira Server/DC has a lot more features. We look forward to delivering most of those features and more to Structure Cloud.

The Structure board by itself works well but the cloud version doesn't work with the agile boards or projects. I need the hierarchy view for my kanban board but I am not able to achieve this with the current version

      Hi Shweta,

Thank you for reviewing one of the first versions of Structure Cloud app. We'll be adding more functionality throughout this year, including generators for building structures driven by Agile boards. You can stay up-to-date with the current updates via Structure Cloud Release Notes Subscription.

Also, we published the Structure Cloud Roadmap and intend to update it quarterly.

      Kind regards,Igor

The following are two capabilities that are sorely missed. Adding these soon would catapult the usefulness of this otherwise wonderful tool to another level. 1. Ability to export a structure into Excel or Google Sheet. This is a critical need when working with a wide variety of stakeholders, where there are many to who have to kept informed by posting information thru files over email (these stakeholders neither have familiarity with JIRA, nor any other need to use JIRA for any purpose other than being informed about various aspects/items/tasks of the project. 2. Ability to specify filters that work in conjuction with Automation with the Extend (linked issues)

      Sanjiv,

      Thanks for the review!

In fact, we're already working on Export to Excel. And the Filter Automation that will allow you to limit the scope of your structure has already been added.

Also, feel free to subscribe to the Structure Cloud release notes notifications to learn about all important product updates and check out the Structure Cloud roadmap to see what's coming next. -dave
