    Very useful.I especially like the fact that i can connect OneDrive,Dropbox and Google Drive and share files for them.I don't have to download multiple versions of the same file anymore.Customer support is one more good thing here.I can call via phone or check what problems did other customers have and see if i can find sollution for mine.

    Was very excited at first but then found some bugs but the developer fixed them very quickly. The addon is now a must for our users as we have office 365 and confluence and this addon allows for a pretty seamless integration. Hopefully they will add sharepoint integration at a latter date but for now working with onedrive for business suits us just fine. I am also relieved that TOPDOX did not hop on the price increase bandwagon and our TOPDOX monthly price will actually go down. Alas we had to ditch it, way too many issues with files not being available and various errors like we needed to subscribe. To my mind this should be a free beta until they sort it out and its reliable..

    Abou the inserted files not updating, sometimes Microsoft Office creates a cache and takes a couple of minutes to refresh and update to the latest edited version. We are currently working in a way to optimize that and avoid Microsoft cache system.

    Please try to contact support and we will guide you on how to overcome the issues, fix any bug you may experience and I'm sure we will make it work for your team.

    German Office 365 should work fine, maybe some issue with blocked popovers in your browser during the setup.

    the install instructions basically tell me to add the add in, then everything is fine, connected onedrive but didnt ask for sign in credentials or anything for a team sharing files it would be great but instructions for installing need to be improved

    encounter same problem as Scott, no sign in prompts after installation, the macro kept loading when i try to call from Confluence page.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud pricing is subscription based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for host products and apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

    The pricing structure for cloud products and apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 host product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
    • If per-user pricing is not yet available for this app, please contact the vendor for further information.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.

    4. Click Free trial to download and install your app.
