I gave it 1 star earlier because the macro commands were not clearly described. Apparently, they are/English, /Serbian, etc. Considering the low price, it is handy for specific small content localization, e.g., release notes.

All sections on a page need to be added in a macro container. All possible languages need to be added separately which makes this too much work

  We appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our product. The app's current version is tailored for customers using it on a Server/Data Center who wish to transition seamlessly to the cloud version without extra effort. Creating multilingual pages in the cloud can also be easy and quick if you use page templates, for example. We're actively exploring ways to streamline this process and make it more efficient for our users.

Quite nice but interferres with other apps. i.e. it's not possible to use a filter app for tables inside a language container....
