Label Fixer makes it possible again to create content including a label, by specifying a label parameter in the URI

Label Fixer makes it possible again to create content including a label, by specifying a label parameter in the URI

Workaround for the bugs CONF-37848 and CONF-40955

    bitvoodoo labs

    Add label via URL again

The URL which used to work to create content with a specified label name has stopped working in recent Confluence versions.

This add-on is a workaround for the bugs CONF-37848 and CONF-40955.

Feel free to use the Label Fixer, but please bear in mind that this - and all other add-ons in bitvoodoo labs - is unsupported and bitvoodoo doesn't take any responsibility for its use. Happy developing!

The Label Fixer add-on makes it possible that a URL like /pages/createblogpost.action?spaceKey=&labelsString= will work again!

There is only one issue with this add-on. If I use the "Add page" macro of ServiceRocket, and try to add more labels, a wrong label is created as well, near the correct ones. This occurs in every case when I try to add more labels with the macro. I think this is an issue with this add-on, not with that macro, and we would highly appreciate if this would be fixed in the future.
