Reorganize the graph as you wish

Filter the data to show only certain dependencies

Visualize dependencies in a new "Dependencies" tab in the issue page.

You can drag issues around to reorganize it as you wish.

You can filter the data to show only incoming/outgoing dependencies.

    More details

Jira provides a good linking feature but it's sometimes hard to see the big picture when multiple tasks depends on each other.

The add-on allows you to visualize dependencies in a new "Dependencies" tab in the issue page.

    Browser compatibility

Foresight is using a third party library called D3 to produce the dependency graph. So browser compatibility is basically the same as the library's.

Has anyone tried running the plugin in a newer version of JIRA? 6.4.x or even 7.0.x

Nice add on. Quick question: what does the "system dependencies" mean?

This is a very cool add-in. I however have two suggestions. It would be great if the settings you choose (the checkboxes and the drop-down) are remembered. Like Vitaly Levykin says, you probably want everything checked by default, and remembering the last settings would really help here. More importantly the issue numbers should be clickable. Right now it looks really cool, but the plugin is rather useless, because you can't use it to browse through the issues. Thanks for a terrific plugin. I'm interested to see how this developers further.

I installed this in our lower environments to explore and i see potential - great work! is it possible to display an indicator if those tasks are in the current sprint OR on a backlog?

Thanks for the feedback, feel free to open an issue for the suggestion : https://github.com/jeanarcand/foresight/ There has already been a pretty good suggestion about generating the graph from the result of a JQL query, https://github.com/jeanarcand/foresight/issues/13 which might fufill your need.
