    Convenient progress tracking

    Insights and warnings

    Easy setup

Get visual indication of the team progress across sprints and versions and instantly see when this progress is behind the acceptable deviation. Don't let your sprint actuals get into the danger zone!

Get insights and warnings if the delay in work is behind the accepted deviation or if certain tickets require your attention.

SCRUM board based, easily configurable chart boosts the flexibility of your reporting.

    More details

Project Burnup Chart is a tool that enables you to track your Agile team's progress over a period of time across several SCRUM sprints. The gadget shows the burnup of story points or time (depending on the metric you select) for each sprint and version inside the selected SCRUM board. You can also define a deviation norm to see when the team progress is on track or getting into a danger zone.

The gadget offers flexibility in reporting by enabling you to build a report based on a SCRUM board and over a specific period of time.

No need to chase tickets in the backlog - Burnup Chart warnings provide warnings for cases when a ticket was resolved outside of the sprint or if your current sprint contains unestimated tickets for instance.

Update: 1.0.8 trial version appears to be functional, so here's another star. Can't comment on the quality of the product (though for me the Dashboard widget seems to hang Jira whilst loading), shall wait until I hear from the customer who requested installation. Original review: Trialling this in our Development environment, we're getting the same "Internal server error" that others have reported. Version 1.0.1, Jira version 6.2.7, Jira Agile version 6.6.70. Users have project admin access and have tried several date ranges.

    Hi Kylie,

Thank you for evaluating and testing the Burnup versions. More good news to come soon - we are releasing a new, better version of Project Burnup Chart! Stay tuned on the release news by the end of next week.

UPD: Kylie, you might consider upgrading to 2.0 version as it is much more stable, has better UI & extended functionality.

    Regards,Products Team

I'm having the same issues, "an internal server error occurred requesting resource", my Jira is JIRA v6.3.6a and Agile. JIRA Agile v6.7.11. Is this not within the correct version numbers?

Installed with JIRA 6.3.14 and JIRA Agile 6.6.80 on our server instance of JIRA. Get "an internal server error occurred requesting resource" trying to fill in chart data. Logfile on server says, "Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: null"

Dave, thank you for installing our plugin and sorry to hear that you've experienced these issues. We're working on an update that will better isolate the cause for error messages and are looking to release it in the next month or so. Some reasons why this problem may have occurred include: Access to Projects (need to have project admin access to the selected projects) and Misaligned Date Ranges (the selected versions need to fall within the chosen date ranges). If you can share with us your contact information at atlassian@cprime.com, we'd be more than happy to have someone troubleshoot with you.

    Pricing

    Pricing details are loading…

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. Licenses are perpetual and the purchase price include 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. For Jira Server 7.0 or later, the app tier should match the maximum tier of the licensed Jira products on your instance. For example, if you're running Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you should purchase the 50-user tier for apps. For versions of Jira Server prior to 7.0, the app tier should match the licensed user tier for Jira. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Jira license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

For server apps, purchase and renewal is half-price if you have an academic license for your Atlassian host product. Server apps are always free for community and open-source licenses.

For more details about qualifying for special licenses, see here.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian host product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
