Its a good idea but each time I updated several pages at once (just adding labels) it hung the apache server. Atlassian told me the server reached MaxClients.

Thanks for your feedback. I believe this was due to the addon hitting the REST API too hard when adding labels. I updated the addon to now wait for the previous add label action to be completed before continuing with the next, so the problem should be fixed. (For existing users, you may need to press the shift key and refresh to load the latest version)

I wasn't able to login in to your user forum to ask this, so I apologize for spamming the review section - any chance you will make this plug-in for Confluence Server?

We have to do a little bit of rewriting to prepare for it, but we should be able to make it work on Confluence Server as well. Also, We changed help desk providers so hopefully our helpdesk/forum should be working better. Hope to give you some good news soon!

This is handy but I wouldn't be willing to pay for it until it's enhanced so you can control adding multiple watchers in the same view. For example, you shouldn't have to switch modes to add or remove watchers. You should have the option to see all parent/child pages and then click the check-boxes to select which menu options you want to select, then have options to either add or remove watchers. You should then be able to add or remove multiple watchers.

Hi John, Thanks for your honest review. This is an issue we are aware of, and we already have an idea of how to solve this. Please stay tuned, and I will update this response when we have something implemented. EDIT: The Add/Remove Watchers module now supports adding/removing multiple watchers! You simply add the users/groups that you want to perform the action on to the User List, and then you can add or remove watches for all users in the User List. For more information, see the documentation.

    Paid-via-Atlassian pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud pricing is subscription based. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for host products and apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your host product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud products and apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 host product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.
    • If per-user pricing is not yet available for this app, please contact the vendor for further information.

If you've opted for annual billing for your host product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses?

Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.
