    Link your repository with AWS using an IAM Role, pick an S3 bucket to copy your code to, and then select a CodeDeploy Application. Your team can then deploy from the UI with the touch of a button!

    Your CodeDeploy Application is automatically monitored and deployment updates are displayed within the Bitbucket UI.

    Great plugin! What I miss are more sophisticated settings. Right now the plugin is generating some random hash in the S3 bucket. It would be great if we could define the pattern ourselves or if the plugin would at least include the latest commit hash in the name so we know what deployment belongs to what commit inside our version control.

    Make sure when you add this to your bitbucket you don't forget to set the owner of the repo from the drop down box. If you add the add on under your own account and your repo is owned by a team account then the AWS code deploy settings will not appear. I assume this is the issue the chaps below had.

    Can we use this to deploy to AWS EC2 instance ?? If it can , its a hugh benefit.

    Hi friend. We had this integration workign for mounths. Now I created a new Project, and I received "1 of 1 failed" when I deploy. In the past cliking in "failed" we got the error. No just redirect to No errors, no logs in bitbucket or AWS. This screen is not avaliable anymore:

    Updated AWS Regions


    The AWS CodeDeploy add-on now supports all regions listed in CodeDeploy documentation as of September 23, 2016.


    1. Log into your Bitbucket instance as an admin.
    2. Click the admin dropdown and choose Add-ons. The Find new add-ons screen loads.
    3. Locate AWS CodeDeploy for Bitbucket.
    4. Click Install to download and install your add-on.
    5. You're all set! Click Close in the Installed and ready to go dialog.
