It's not working now after the update. It even load.

  An app that stops loading after an update is a hard stop, no argument there.

  Several releases have shipped since you wrote this. If Copy Space still refuses to load on your site, tell us at our support portal and we'll trace it in your instance rather than leave you guessing.

It worked for our first copy, which we had struggled with trying to do manually. The next time we needed to copy, it failed during the copy. It turned out that this was due to a bug in Atlassian code. The support team helped us to create a ticket with them, and provided assistance to resolution. Much easier than copying a space the manual way. The next time we needed to copy, the links weren't updated properly. Support is ok, but I need it to just work when I need to copy a space. Going back to doing it the manual way. The next time, it copied, but the page search shows [Copy in Progress] in front of the space name on all the pages until I edit them.
