    We use Jira and TeamSupport. Syncing tickets as new issues for Jira and our developers is easy. The two programs communicate well, updating TeamsSupport tickets as the developers and QA team update their Jira Tickets. This keeps the support side/TeamSupport in the loop knowing what is being worked on and what will be released in the next phase. All good from a working perspective. Thank you for making my job and my Team's job that much more easy.

    This is a great connection for those folks that are using TeamSupport for helpdesk. Really like the ability to link Jira issues with tickets and to create new issues from tickets!
