Description
Post Events from Help Scout into Hipchat
This app seamlessly posts events from Help Scout directly into your Hipchat rooms.
Easily Configure Event Types and Rooms
Once your Hipchat API token is entered, Help Scout automatically gathers the rooms associated with that account. You can then easily pick and choose which event types from Help Scout appear in each of your Hipchat rooms.
Enabling Chat Mentions
The integration makes it easy to map your users from Hipchat to your users in Help Scout, giving you control over who is notified by what Help Scout events through the native Hipchat notification system.
