This new version provide a new way to index the order of the tickets (number associate with the issue). This allow to fix a problem that helped having more than a hundred of ordered tickets (too bad !).
Now the higher value start at 1000000 and each added ticket is "minus one" (instead of divided by two).
If you have an existing project using the feature, you can "reindex" it using the folowinf url :
http://[your jira adresse]:[your jira port]/plugins/servlet/faIssueOrderer?&customFieldName=[name of the order custom field]&action=reindex&projectKey=[the 3 letter name of your project]
Some users had troobles with contextpath. This is fixed.
The size of the numbers has also been changed to display
better.
Coming next:
We are using this version for now a few month on our projects and it works just fine :). Still, the display time is a little too long, so next release will focus on improving the sort algorithme which is just awfull right now !)
