Wouldn't be awesome if you could resolve an error in Jira and next time an end user experiences this error he is notified that the newest release fixes the issue?
BugSense offers bidirectional communication with Jira through webhooks! Just connect your BugSense project to Jira and set the throttling limits. For example you may want to sent to Jira errors that have occurred at least 100 times. Then just login to Jira, fix the issue and set the fixVersion as you normally do. Jira will connect with BugSense mark the error as resolved, mark the fixVersion and even sync the comment you left with Jira in BugSense.
The next time the user experiences the same error if he is using an older version that the currently released that matched the fixVersion he will receive a slick message prompting him to upgrade to the latest release!
BugSense just closed the gap between developer and end-user! Just stick to your Jira workflow and what matters most, your app!
