- Confluence 5 Support
Support for inline rich text mode in the semantic templates-based forms. Rich text documents and images may now be embedded within text blocks of the smart forms to enrich the form content. Leveraging the new Confluence 'Create' button, templates pages may also be created via this UI by specifying the template and page title. In addition, there are also a number of enhancements and new macros to render images and rich-text content in semantic tables that integrate data from various applications and provide a unified view in Confluence pages.

For example, you can have search on the home page of your Requirements section to search for requirements with specific set of attributes.
- Jira Semantic Properties
Semantic Properties for an issue now may be included in the Jira Issue screen via a custom field. This allows for the display on the issue screens of related data from other applications
- Improved Indexing Performance
The performance of the semantic search indexer has been significantly improved to support large data volumes.
- Confluence Page Caching
Page-level caching to reduce refreshes for pages with complex queries where information does not change often. The cache macro can now prevent query execution unless otherwise requested via a refresh or a refresh is scheduled via batch processing.
