Content Template Macro for Confluence

Create content templates using simple editor. It contains basic text formatting, text colour, tables, coloured box with icons aka info, warning macros, dates, quotes, and code snippets. HTML mode is also available!

Templates can be created by Global Administrators (global templates), but also by Space Administrators (space templates). Define easily where the template will be available: in one space or in several.

You can easily insert the template as a macro on the Confluence page. Just find the right one (what the template descriptions help) and click Insert. A piece of cake! 🍰

This macro displays content from templates created by administrators. A user can select template to use and insert it on the page. It is extremely useful for people who create documentation and care about its consistency 👌 Don't worry about the correctness of repetitive formulas (e.g. warnings or permission information)! Don’t waste time ⏱ making corrections to these texts on each page separately. Now just paste the appropriate template on the page and its edition is in one place.

In the editor you can use classic formatting (WYSIWIG editor) and HTML. It extends your possibilities to create custom buttons, embed YT videos or Google Maps.

👉 contact details (e.g. phone number to Confluence or Jira Administrator),

👉 company data (address, VAT number),

👉 box with warnings or notes.
