More details

Disclosure for Confluence provides an easy-to-use solution to the problem of disclosing content (providing access) across teams in a secure, audited manner.

As Confluence is a shared platform, links to Pages and Spaces are regularly shared amongst staff and this can cause problems when the content has been restricted using either Space Permissions or Page Restrictions – Users can struggle to determine who to contact to gain access, or what groups of users are in charge of this content.

The solution that this App provides is to show a ‘Request Access’ page whenever some restricted content is viewed and offer the user the ability to request access from the Space Admin groups of the Space, along with a reason for requesting the access.

Following the request, any users in the selected groups are sent a notification from which they can approve or reject the request.

Disclosure for Confluence will record all access requests and track the reasons given for (a) requestor and (b) approver.
