When users add new fields in Card Layout configuration of Backlog view, it shows in 2 lines. If you have a long Sprint Backlog, you will lose the overview of all tickets when every ticket takes up 2 lines.
Diamond Boards displays Backlog cards in one line. The app resolves JSWSERVER-14722.
