This fixes a configuration REST endpoint that was accessible by non-admin users.

1.5.0 release notes:
- We gave the configuration page a complete overhaul. Its usage is now much more intuitive and in line with similar Linchpin configuration screens like the News Sections of Linchpin Enterprise News.
- The macro "Profile based content" now has an autocomplete function in its configuration for easier selection of content groups.
Please note: This app will be available as part of the Linchpin Suite starting with Linchpin Suite version 2.0. There'll be no need to purchase and install Linchpin Personalized Content separately.
