Description
Customized layout
Adjust the forms on custumer portal to your needs. Hide fields or groups, emphasize fields depending on your selection.
Requests list
Enable to your customers or specified groups search between all requests created through the Service Desk portal.
Add request participant
Allow your customers to add themselves as „request participant“ irrespectively to their permission rights.

- Adjust the customer portal according to your preferences or to the customer's expectations
- Allow selected customers to see and filter all requests at the helpdesk
- Enable direct adding of request participants to your customers, which normally don't have permissions for those issues
- Hide unnecessary fields in the creation form on the Service Desk portal
- Highlight important or obligatory fields
