Fixed full height issue before Confluence 5.1.3
Fixes a bug where the editor does not open at full height in Chrome 27+. See CONF-28415 for details.
Fixed cursor issue prior to 5.3.1
Fixes a bug where the cursor does not appear in the editor in Chrome 30. See CONF-31163 for details.
