This plugin has been archived and replaced by the Stash Auto Unapprove Plugin.
Previously, this hook would not unapprove reviewers if the target branch of the pull request was in another repository. Now it does. Thanks Mark Mielke for the report and patch.
Note that this is still not ideal. This plugin probably shouldn't be a hook any more, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/STASH-3613 for more details.
