WIP Aging Reports & Run Charts: Kanban, Scrum, SAFe in Jira

Combining several boards in one view helped us spot that one part of the program was accumulating aging work while the other teams looked healthy. The breakdown made it easy to identify the affected initiative and owners.

The cumulative aging view was the missing piece in our flow reviews. A story can move quickly through one status and still be old overall; this chart lets us see that distinction instead of judging work by the current column alone.

Our stand-ups used to rely on people remembering which tickets had been sitting too long. The aging chart gives us an immediate triage list, so we can discuss the risky items while there is still time to unblock them.

The aging visualization is clean and actionable. We use it regularly to review work in progress and highlight items that may need attention. It has helped us create better habits around managing flow and reducing stalled work.
