Melanie, it is possible to import any issues to MS Project. For instance, you can import the whole JIRA project or multiple projects into an MS Project schedule. Ceptah Bridge supports both the "Project First" and "JIRA First" paradigms. If you have further questions, please contact us at support@ceptah.com.

We are sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. There are tutorials on the website, and we provide unlimited e-mail support for evaluating users. We also organise remote support sessions over WebEx if an issue cannot be resolved by e-mail. As you were advised, we do not offer online demos as a sales exercise and expect a user to download and install the product before we can help them configure it.

Ceptah Bridge is compatible with JIRA 7.3, as well as with any future JIRA versions. We update the information periodically, but not for every new JIRA version being released.

There are Save File and Load File buttons at the top of the Settings Dialog, which you can use to export settings to an XML file and then load them into a different project. Alternatively, you can create a template project file with settings and use it to create new projects. If you have any further questions, please contact us through support.ceptah.com.

Mysti, the download page is here: http://www.ceptah.com/bridge/downloads/bridgedownload.aspx. If you need any further assistance, please contact us through the support portal support.ceptah.com.

Ceptah Bridge is utilising the REST API to access JIRA. In terms of connecting to JIRA, it is not any different from the web browser that you use to work with JIRA UI. In the Data Center deployment scenario, all requests will be sent to the Load Balancer. Like the browser, Ceptah Bridge does not need to know about the cluster nodes. We are not planning to officially certify Ceptah Bridge as a Data Center plug-in with Atlassian in the near future. Ceptah Bridge is not installed into JIRA and cannot affect the reliability of the server.
If you have any further questions, please e-mail them to support@ceptah.com.

Ceptah Bridge works with Data Center. There is no difference between Server and Data Center from the Ceptah Bridge perspective.

Ceptah Bridge can work with Project Online, but to access it it needs a desktop client. In other words, it will work with Project Online Professional and Project Online Premium out of the box, but if you have Project Online Essentials, a desktop client such as Project for Office 365 or MS Project 2016 will need to be procured in addition to Project Online Essentials.

Hi Carl,
You can set predecessors in MS Project based on issue links in JIRA using the Issue Link Mapping. Please see the User Guide for more details: http://www.ceptah.com/Bridge/Help/scr/Issue_Links_Mappings.htm
