• Page editors choose the required readers: people, groups or both.
• Choose whether everyone must confirm again after each new version, or once is enough.
• Readers confirm from the page header or from a signature box macro inside the page.
• The page report shows who confirmed which version and when, who is still pending and whose confirmation is outdated.
• A space report lists every page that requires confirmation; "My pending reads" shows each person what is waiting for them.
• Admin tool to find the read-and-understood records a previous app left in Confluence.

Runs on Atlassian: confirmations are stored in Atlassian's cloud.
