You’re right — there were two defects recently impacting Xporter: one related to scheduled reports running outside the configured time, and another affecting JQL-based exports, which returned blank results. Both were quickly identified, fixed, and fully deployed shortly after your report. We really appreciate your collaboration in helping us resolve these issues.
Regarding the 10 active schedules cap, this limit is in place to protect Jira and mail queues from potential overload. We noticed that you’ve voted for the suggestion [XPORTERCLOUD-2223], and we’d recommend watching it so you’ll be notified of any updates.
