    Hi Dean,

    With Xporter Cloud, you can export data from service desk queues. We are unable to provide a direct way to execute this due to technical limitations since we cannot add a button in the Service Desk queue.

    In order to export data from the Service Desk queues, go to Jira Issues and Filters and provide a JQL with the project that your queue belongs and the JQL defined on the queue you want to export. After selecting the issues, click on the Xporter for Jira Cloud icon and select the template.

    Excellent product so far. I struggled a bit with implementing a nested loop structure in a MS-Word template, and the support team was able to provide a working solution within a single email exchange. Very professional and knowledgeable.

    Xporter solved a long existing problem in our processes. Since we have Xporter our Projekt Managers do report on their status because it is so simple to get the data out of JIRA in a nice layout and not copying or changing afterwards is necessary anymore. My team loves this plugin because it saves to much time. The Xporter team is very supportive and I highly appreciate the quick and helpful answers to any questions I have on working with this plugin.

    Xporter has been great for creating reports that our users have found really useful. The ability to create these reports have been quite beneficial for improving the "brand" of Jira within the organisation. The support team have been fantastic. I've always had same day response and it's clear that they know what they're doing as they make insightful suggestions and have helped me resolve a couple of problems. Due to the success of the initial reports, we've now had requests for even more advanced reports from more senior management and I've voted on a new feature (https://jira.xpand-it.com/browse/XPORTER-819) to enable creating new sheets in Excel per Epic/issue.

    How does cloud app pricing work?

    Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

    When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

    If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

    How do I determine my cloud pricing?

    Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Desk (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps.Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Desk, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.

    The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

    If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

    Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

    Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

    Can I extend my free trial?

    For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).
