- Approval templates: approvers, order or at least N, per space
- Details
New and optional: approval templates per space. Name a circuit once (for example "SOP: author, QA, management"), choose people or groups and the meaning of each signature, and pick a mode: everyone, one after the other, or at least N approvers.
Chosen at submission; the rules are copied with the revision and enforced on the server; the audit trail and the evidence PDF show the template. Space admins can require a template for every submission.
Without a template, signatures, records and PDFs are exactly as before.
