Many businesses purchase one license per user, but some users don’t log in for weeks at a time. IUM light records user activity, ensuring licenses aren’t wasted on temporarily inactive users.

Application access is revoked from inactive users at set interval times chosen by you. The user has to be inactive for the entire interval duration for application access to be revoked.

The minimum interval time for IUM light to run inactivity checks is 1 week, but you can choose any time over this.

When the user requires a period of application access again, an admin can easily assign this. The user will hold application access until they become inactive for the set interval time again.
