ServiceNow Bridge for Jira helps teams work with ServiceNow records where they already collaborate in Jira. Connect a ServiceNow instance with secure credentials, create Smart Connected Items for Incidents, Problems, Change Requests, Catalog Tasks, Cases when available, or generic Tasks, and decide whether each mapping is display-only, one-way, or two-way. Jira users can link records from the issue panel, while admins can enable auto-create for new ServiceNow records, status sync, comments sync, and attachment sync. The app also adds connector-managed ServiceNow work notes for Jira link traceability and runs scheduled reconciliation every five minutes for dependable syncing.
