Search that reads the answers too
Search looks in question titles, details, tags and answers. When a match is only in an answer, the list says so. Part of a word is enough: deploy also finds deployment. Similar questions show while you type a new one.
Separate rights to ask and to answer
Per space, choose who may ask and who may answer: anyone who can view the space, space admins only, or groups you pick. Add moderator groups. Q&A stays off in every space until a space admin turns it on.
Bring your questions, keep your data
Space admins can import from Questions for Confluence or a CSV file, including which answer was accepted. You see a preview first and can undo an import afterwards. Export a space to CSV at any time.

AskSpace gives each Confluence space its own questions and answers. It stays off until a space admin turns it on. A Get started page lists the spaces you manage, each with a Turn on Q&A button.
- Search covers titles, details, tags and answers.
- Similar questions show while you type a title.
- Ask and answer rights per space. Space admins and moderator groups can edit or delete anything.
- Best answer: chosen by a moderator, or by the asker when it is someone else's answer. Votes rank the rest.
- Macro: show a space's recent, unanswered or solved questions on any page, optionally for one tag, with an Ask a question button.
- Import from Questions for Confluence or CSV, with preview and undo. Export to CSV.
Good to know: notifications are in-app, not email. Confluence's own search bar doesn't find questions; use the search in AskSpace. Posts are text (links, lists, code), no images or attachments.
