The Advanced Managed Backup provides a secure and automated way to protect Jira and Confluence (Cloud) environments. It performs daily scheduled backups that include not just core data but also Assets, Automations (where possible), and XRAY test data.
Our solution integrates with AWS for safe storage in S3 and Glacier, using AWS KMS encryption and strict access controls with MFA to protect data in transit and at rest. Customers can define retention periods and choose storage regions to meet compliance needs. A dedicated Asset Backup and Restore feature with human-readable JSON ensures transparency and ease of use. We provide active monitoring alerting on failures or anomalies, so issues are caught fast and communicated promptly.
