More details

Rework & Reopen Intelligence helps Jira teams find issues that returned after completion, review repeat patterns, and decide what deserves investigation. The dashboard reports issues analyzed, detected reversals, and repeated issues, along with issue keys, summaries, and current status for lookup in Jira. It scans a bounded sample of up to 50 issues updated during the previous 90 days. Sample limits, incomplete histories, and unavailable histories are disclosed; unavailable data is not treated as zero reversals. Jira status categories are used when available, with a status-name approximation otherwise. The app uses Jira read access and does not modify issues. A detected return is a signal for investigation; it does not establish wasted effort, cause, or financial impact, and the sample is not a complete site-wide audit.
