Add a new hire and Frank runs your onboarding template: Jira work items for HR, IT and managers, plus a welcome page in Confluence. Same setup for every hire. Both managers and HR stay on track.
Answers in Rovo, powered by Frank
Employees ask Rovo about policies, leave and onboarding. HR asks Rovo to create a new employee from a contract, fill missing fields and assign a manager. You confirm first. Salary never reaches Rovo.

Frank won 1st place for Business Teams and Best Rovo App at Codegeist 2025. It brings HR into Jira and Confluence with screens built for HR, so no Jira expertise is needed. We built it with HR specialists, based on their interviews and feedback. Every employee is a Jira work item, so admins can extend Frank with Jira workflows and automation when they need expert-level settings.
Access follows roles. Employees, managers, HR and HR admins each see only what they should, and managers never see salary. Sensitive fields stay out of the Teamwork Graph, so Rovo can't surface them.
