Instalation
Install from Marketplace and open Service Account Assistant in Jira. In Settings, enter your Organization ID, optional groups, and OAuth scopes.

Runs on Atlassian: Forge app with no vendor network egress and only the storage:app scope. Backend runs on Atlassian Forge; installation data stays in Forge app storage per site.
Security & privacy: OAuth client secrets are never stored in Forge. Optional SAA Runner runs in the Org Admin browser session on admin.atlassian.com — session cookies are not sent to BlackLogic. Public Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Security Statement.
