Key highlights of the appGo live with confidence
Know the score before you commit
Score every service against weighted 1–10 criteria grouped by category, with an evidence link on every line. One RAG rollup tells the whole team how close a go-live really is, and exactly which gaps hold it back.
Decisions that survive the audit
Record Go, Conditional Go or No-Go against the readiness score at that exact moment. The snapshot is immutable, conditions are captured per gate, and the decision can comment straight back onto the linked Jira issue.
Hand over on evidence, not on a hunch
Run early-life support with explicit exit criteria and a daily incident trend from your own JQL. The owner is reminded on the linked issue as the period ends, and extensions need a reason, so handover rests on evidence.

Service Transition & Readiness
Built by ITSM Ltd, UK. Service Transition & Readiness is new to the Marketplace, so instead of awards or testimonials we publish the facts you would otherwise have to ask us for. Customer quotes will follow once they are earned.
The app runs entirely on Atlassian Forge: no external servers, no data egress, no third-party processors, and no AI or machine-learning features. It asks for four scopes, each mapped to one visible feature. Records live in Forge storage inside your own Atlassian site and inherit its data residency setting. ITSM Ltd holds no independent security certification; the infrastructure it runs on is Atlassian's.
Interface, documentation and support are English only.
Support is by email at support@itsm-ltd.com, 09:00-17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. First-response targets are 4 support hours for critical issues, 1 business day for high, 3 for medium and 5 for low. These are response targets, not resolution times.

- Oct 1st 2026

- Details
NEW
- Publish service status to Jira issues so it can be searched with JQL. Optional, off by default, status only: no names, notes or gate conditions.
- Early-life support reminders: the service owner is mentioned on the linked issue 14 days before the period ends, and again if it ends without sign-off.
- Remove published data on demand, even after a licence lapses.
IMPROVED
- Owners are shown by name, not account ID.
- Plan health follows the target go-live date.
- Validate JQL catches misspelt fields and shows Jira's reason.
- Extend and sign-off dialogs say what is missing beside the field.
- A daily check keeps links and overdue counts in step with Jira.
FIXED
- An issue can no longer be linked to two services.
- Links to deleted issues are flagged and can be cleared.
- A service keeps its project when the project key is renamed.
- Early-life support can only start after a Go or Conditional Go.
- Archiving a service needs project administrator permission.
