Trying to use this application has been very trying. There are many times when the page errors out or is unable to render all types. There is no ability to search items or view all entries for a single day. We were hoping to use this as a wallboard to communicate team events for our floor, but the location and end times are only present when clicking on an item. When switching to the List view, there are no times shown. The price of this add-on is extremely pricey for the very limited feature set it currently provides, Atlassian should invest time and energy into this product to justify the premium.

I added this recently hoping that after creating a team calendar for a project and visiting this in a daily basis (the timeline) I can see which JIRA task is updated in a simple Gantt like view. Unfortunately after I updated some JIRA tickets I couldn't see any changes in the timeline and apparently you need to manually create an event with a type of "JIRA ticket" which doesn't make scenes to me. Will keep it there for trial to test it further but right now the plan is to disable it during trial. Regards, Mohammad

The more I use this the more I realise there are missing features that are absolutely essential for a team calendar application. We work in small time across multiple timezone, so we need to be able in import all relevant time public holiday and indicate who they apply to. This has caused double bookings already. --- What we really want is to be able to use JUST the Team Calendar Add On without the entire Confluence Package. This is all we want to use. There are several things that it still needs to do: - 2-way syncing between Google and O365 Calendars (CalDav, which I believe is on the cards) - Workflow to ensure that managers have authorised leave. - A way to indicate how much leave anyone person has available to them and how much they have booked, ensuring that days can be rolled over (as per company policy)

Can't write to calendars externally, and it isn't a license issue like the FAQ suggests... Literally unusable.

The latest version is a hot mess, if you create a re-occurring appointment and then try to edit a single instance of that appointment by trying to add a related page or comment it literally barfs up a stack trace. It's embarrassing for Atlassian to charge this kind of money for this product and have a simple functionality be that broke and to just claim its a bug and said its fix is tbd. If you are evaluating calendar products I'd advise spending your money elsewhere.

Atlassian! Come on! It is 2018 and a calendar plugin will cost $500 for my team? Really? You're going to drive customers to other products by continuing to nickel and dime like this. Calendars are a basic functionality in 2018.

I've been trying to work with this for quite a while now and I just have to struggle with every...little...thing. I have other departments requesting the ability to sync with Outlook and that's been a nightmarish feature to provide. Pro: Can add/update dates on the calendar and it will update the JIRA project. Con: Updating JIRA doesn't update the calendar unless I go back into the calendar and update the query that populates it. That's makes the calendar not functional and I have to flipping manage the calendar - I may as well add the dates myself when any of our team tries to place a maintenance outage via JIRA. This really needs to be a more functional add-on but I feel like it's too much to ask Atlassian for anything these days.

This could be a great add on. However, it doesn't allow for searching for events. Such a basic feature yet key feature. Especially for a wiki... yet it is not there. There has been a request for an update spanning back a few years. So far it has not been given much attention.

For such price it is a shame to offer this calendar! 1) Added events are being sorted randomly. There is no even an option to set up a sorting order. 2) There is no option to set an issue fields to be displayed on an event screen on a calendar. It always shows an issue Key and Summary by default. 3) Bad performance. 4) JQL filters work very unstable (a data disappears from a calendar constantly and randomly)

    Pricing FAQ

How does cloud app pricing work?

Cloud apps are sold as a monthly or annual subscription. You are eligible for support and automatic version updates as long as your subscription is active.

When your subscription renews each month, you are automatically billed for apps based on the number of users in your instance.

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my cloud pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Confluence Cloud apps are priced based on the number of Confluence users on your instance. For example, if you have Confluence Cloud (25 users), you pay the 25-user price for apps.

The pricing structure for cloud apps is as follows:

    • Monthly subscriptions with up to 10 Atlassian product users are billed at a flat rate price.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 10 users are billed per user, starting at the first user.
    • Monthly subscriptions with more than 100 users are billed per user. The table above provides example pricing at various user levels.

If you've opted for annual billing for your Atlassian product, apps are also billed annually at a discount (12 months for the price of 10).

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for cloud apps?

Academic, community and open source licenses are not available for cloud apps.

Can I extend my free trial?

For cloud apps, you cannot extend your free evaluation period. All cloud apps are immediately subscribed by a user, and we provide a free evaluation period. This is a minimum of 30 days and ends on the second billing cycle after you first subscribe to the app.

    Pricing FAQ

How does server app pricing work?

Server products and apps are hosted on your servers. This app is sold as a perpetual license, and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates).

You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your Atlassian product and app licenses at any time. Upgrade prices are calculated based on Atlassian's formula (view example).

If app pricing changes after your initial purchase, there's a 60-day grandfathering period during which you can renew based on the old pricing.

How do I determine my server pricing?

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. The app tier should match the licensed user tier of the Atlassian product. For example, if you have a Confluence license for 500 users, you should purchase the 500-user tier for apps. Even if fewer users want to use the app than your Atlassian product license, the two licenses should match exactly.

Can I install this app in a Data Center product?

Yes, this app has a Data Center approved version. If you're using a Data Center product, you should install the Data Center version of the app.

Learn more about Data Center approved apps

What type of license do I need if I'm using this app in a Data Center product?

Because this app has a Data Center approved version, you should purchase a Data Center license for the app.

If you already own a server license for this app, you can continue using the server license in your Data Center product for a limited period of time.

Do you offer academic, community, or open-source licenses for server apps?

Community and open-source licenses are available for server apps. Learn more about community and open source licenses.

Can I extend my free trial?

For server apps, you can extend your app trial up to 5 times - in other words, for up to six months. Extend your trial by generating a new evaluation license key from Atlassian Marketplace. Click Try it free and you'll be directed to generate a new license. Paste this license key into the app listing in UPM from your Atlassian product, and you're all set.

How can I buy apps for my legacy Jira Server or Confluence Server license?

If you own a legacy Jira Server Unlimited (100+ users) or Confluence Server Unlimited (2000+ users) license purchased in 2012 or earlier, legacy app pricing is no longer available. You have two options for app purchasing:

    • Purchase the app at the non-legacy Unlimited (10000+ users) tier.
    • Renew your Jira or Confluence license at a non-legacy tier, then purchase the app at the same tier.
