Key highlights of the appTime in status and cycle time at instance scale, where every number equals the sum of its rows
Totals and averages in the view, not an export
Every table shows count, total, average, median and p90 together, at every level of grouping. Time in the current status is counted and shown separately, and never folded into the averages.
Cycle and lead time, by your definition
You choose which statuses mean "in progress" and which mean "done". Eight metrics, including business-hours variants. Change the definition and the app refuses to mix old and new figures - it offers a rebuild.
Drill-down that reconciles exactly
Click any row and the distribution behind it opens. The bands add up to the row's own count, exactly - both are folded from one histogram. And the app never asks you for a review. Not ever.

More details
Accuracy, stated rather than implied: counts, totals, averages, minima and maxima are exact, computed over every period, never sampled. Medians and p90 are read from a duration histogram, and the page states the bound beside them (within 0.27% of the true value at the finest resolution the data allows). Averages divide by completed periods, and the divisor is the column beside them; time in the current status is never folded into an average. Every figure you see covers only the projects you can browse in Jira, checked as you on every load. Built for large instances: in our measurements the history build sustained more than 5,500 issues per minute, writing 3.9 million status periods. Runs on Atlassian: read-only Jira permissions, app storage for one timestamp, no vendor servers, no telemetry of any kind. Documentation: https://lichenapps.github.io/sojourn/docs/
