Every version, confirmed
Readers confirm the exact version they read, with its date and SHA-256 fingerprint. When the page changes, they are asked again. People who cannot open the page are flagged.
Understood, not just opened
Add up to five multiple-choice questions. Readers must answer them right before they can confirm. Right answers are never shown and every try is kept.
Ask Rovo what is left to read
Ask Rovo what you still have to read and where a page's read confirmations stand. The Clearlane Read & Understood agent only shows pages you can open and never changes anything.

Make sure people read and understood your SOPs: ask for a Confluence page and all its sub-pages in one request, for people and groups, by a deadline.
Each confirmation records name, date, page version and a SHA-256 fingerprint. When the page changes, readers confirm again.
Optional quizzes check understanding; reminders, a people view and a reading list show who still has to read what.
A CSV and a PDF training record per page for your auditor; optional signing password to help meet 21 CFR Part 11.

- Periodic re-confirmation (3, 6 or 12 months) and new group members asked to read
- Details
New and optional, per page: ask readers to confirm again every 3, 6 or 12 months (training records stay current; the register, CSV and PDF show the next date and who is overdue), and ask people who join a reader group later to read the page.
Also: when a reader group cannot be read for a moment, totals are never lowered and a new version waits until the group can be read; the Rovo agent says so.
Without the new options, requests work exactly as before.
