I've been a developer for 30 years. I've interacted with thousands of companies now. Decided to share my experience with this team. I decided to request the product to support closed Sprints. While the initial response was "it's not designed for that" I pointed out my use case, and what I interpreted as a minor JQL change to support such a feature. Farah got back to me, acknowledged I had a good use case, provided a few more solid use cases, and agreed the "lift" to accomplish this would be relatively low. She said she'd elevate to the team as a suggested improvement. I almost expected to be given the typical "pat on the head" and sent on my way. Instead, I think this is a model of how to run a support department—offering thoughtful interaction rather than canned dismissive responses.

Our teams like this integrated way to support quick estimation of Agile work. As an Admin, I like how responsive the support has been both for concerns and suggestions. Feature-rich with customization and multiple best-practice ways to do estimation. Don't do Story Points without it!
