I have recently had the opportunity to work with Appfire support team on a couple of enhancements my organization was looking to put into place. They were extremely responsive and provided detailed guidance that ultimately resulted in accomplishing just what it was I was looking to do. This plugin is super easy to use and has plenty of options. I havent contacted the support team yet, but for this plugin I rate 4/4. Good work!

This plugin is easy to use, creating multiple sub-tasks or tickets in different projects, with plenty of options, variables and conditions. The ability to automatically carry-over existing field values as well as set new field values is very helpful and reduces duplicate effort by users. As has been mentioned, the support is fast and comprehensive.
