Create on Transition for Jira

Create on transition is great for spinning up tickets during workflow transitions. We encountered some issues when migrating from server to cloud but Appfire's support team was very responsive and instrumental in helping resolve the problems. Best thing behind a good product is to have a good team and support, and you'll get that with Appfire.

The app works really well for managing multiple workflow operations to auto-generate issues or sub-tasks. Support team is very hands-on when you have an issue as well, going through everything they can to fix any anomalous behaviour and maintain the app stable as quickly as possible. We're rather satisfied with the service we've been offered.
