Confluence has no built-in way to rename, merge or bulk-delete labels (CONFCLOUD-7681). Label Sweep adds a global page under Apps that does exactly that.

What it does: lists all labels on pages and blog posts with usage counts and search; rename, merge (several to one) and delete across the whole site; dry run shows the affected pages before anything is written; jobs run in the background in resumable chunks; execution log for every job.

How it is built: Forge app, Runs on Atlassian (Atlassian-hosted compute and storage, zero external egress); acts with the permissions of the user who starts the job, so space and page restrictions apply; stores only job state (label names, content IDs, progress, requesting account ID) in Forge storage; unlicensed or after trial the app is read-only (list, search and dry run keep working).

v1 covers pages and blog posts. Attachment and space labels are planned.
